Mohit is a Lead R&D engineer in sustainable engineering at BBC Research and Development, and a Lecturer in engineering at the Net Zero Centre, King’s College London. He investigates strategic research questions around the sustainability and Net Zero transition of the global media, broadcast, and streaming industry. Prior to joining the BBC, Mohit worked as a research associate at Imperial College London, University of Edinburgh, and SUTD-MIT International Design Centre, Singapore. Iain is an R&D engineer working in the sustainable engineering research team in BBC Research & Development. He has a background in computer science and electrical engineering, and his current research focus is on cloud, network, and client device energy usage. He has previously worked on assessing new internet standards, evaluating accessibility technology, and developing security systems for media workflows.
